Offset was commissioned, in collaboration with Facebook to produce Heineken VN PockeTVC.
Mobile is everything. The average person checks their phone close to 80 times a day while Millennials check their phone about 150 times a day. Mobile is where customers watch everything, from video ads to branded content. We partnered with Facebook’s Creative Shop to create a PockeTVC suite, where we recreate and optimise TV commercials for mobile. A typical PockeTVC suite consists of 8 assets—derived from the brand’s original asset—recut video, short video (six seconds or less), GIF and/or cinemagraph, carousel, one slideshow, still image and an IG Story. These optimised assets aim to heighten brand awareness by creating thumb-stopping content, extending creative sustenance for the commercial/campaign.
A 12-14 second recut condenses the brand’s TV commercial to make it more attractive for mobile users.
GIF’s are short and sweet. It hooks your audience quickly in the span of 3-5 seconds.
Cinemagraphs are not your typical video. They are optimised still images, surprising your audience’s expectations.
Slideshows consist of a series of images in 1 video. Its purpose is to reach out to people who have minimal data coverage and ensure that the audience still get the message.
There are 3-4 videos in a carousel, which allow brands to cover different things within an ad. It can tell a story or simply to highlight the features of a product.
An Instagram Story is within 15 seconds, it is meant to captivate your audiences to swipe up and find out more about the product.
A captivating still image allows your brand to get more attention and highlight your products.
